About

We are a husband and wife breeding and training operation. We came across our love for hounds when we purchased our first Bloodhound Trigger. We have since then acquired more Bloodhounds, Bluetick Coonhounds, and a Redbone/Tree Walker Coonhound.

We breed our pure bred Bloodhounds together and also breed our pure bred Bloodhounds with our pure bred Bluetick Coonhounds creating a hound that is called a Majestic Hound. These hounds have more enhanced senses (seeing, smelling, hearing) making them the ultimate HOUND!

Cristy previously worked as a certified veterinary technician and handles mostly the breeding, health, and medical needs of our hounds.

Ben is an avid outdoorsmen and handles the dog training of our hounds. Our hounds primarily are trained for mountain lion and bobcat tracking and hunting. Our Bloodhounds, Trigger and Bailey, are also trained for blood trail tracking.

Our next litter is Goose and Penny. Goose was the sire of our last litter and Penny is new to our family and joined this year. She is a loving and energetic Redbone/Tree Walker Coonhound. Both Goose and Penny have experience mountain lion and bobcat tracking and hunting.

All out of state interested owners will have to drive for pick-up of puppy. Grizzly Hounds does not permit the flying of puppies due to the stress involved to the puppy.
